What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is 100 kg per SKU. That is deliberately low so you can validate a product in market before committing to larger volumes. Pricing improves at higher quantities.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, and samples are paid. Sample cost covers development time and materials, and is adjusted against your first production order. Paid sampling means we build to your brief rather than sending generic stock.

Can you develop a completely new product?

Yes. Share your concept, target price and market. We assess feasibility on our process, develop the formulation, and give you costing and shelf-life data before you commit.

Which countries do you currently export to?

We currently ship to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are actively expanding and can produce to the documentation standards most import markets require.

What is your production capacity?

Around 2 tonnes per month. We are a focused facility rather than a high-volume commodity plant — which is what makes low MOQs and genuine customisation possible.

How long does an order take?

Typically 15-21 days from artwork approval and advance payment, depending on pack format and whether packaging material is in stock. Development timelines are quoted separately.

Do you handle packaging design?

We assist with dielines, mandatory declarations and export labelling so artwork clears compliance. Full brand design can be handled with our design partners if you need it.

Are you certified?

We hold FSSAI licensing and APEDA registration for export. Further certifications including ISO 22000 and HACCP are on our roadmap.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are an advance against order confirmation with the balance before despatch. Terms for repeat contract-manufacturing clients are agreed case by case.

Can you produce under our existing recipe?

Yes. Share the specification and we will run trials to match it on our line, then document the process so output stays consistent batch to batch.
